Gorgeous apartments in Punat, 80 meters from the sea and directly in the center of town Punat, right next to the restaurants, bars and souvenir shops with beautiful environment and parking spot inside the fence. Very kind and interesting owner Miss Julie and her partner are a real “attraction” of the stay in their apartments, cause they love to chat with their guests and are very hospitable, communicative and charismatic.

The apartment house of miss Julie is as mentioned only 80 meters away from the sea, you can already see it from the front of the house. The beach is 400 meters away from the house, accessible by the neat town promenade, since the coast right down by the apartments is used for boat quays. We of course did walk to the beach to make sure 400 meter is the realistic distance and it is, besides the path to the beach is very simple and ornamented with a lovely tree-lined avenue.

In the apartment house Julie you can pick among three different apartments, a studi for 2 people, apartment for 2+1 and apartment for 4. All three of them are very unique and special – studi is furnished in antique style and consists of the main space where there are bed, kitchen and living room and then there is also a lobby, separated from the other part with a curtain and is covered in windows, so it looks like some kind of winter garden. In front of the studio there is also a terrace with table and chairs.
Apartment 2+1 or “black” apartment as miss Julie calls it, since it has a lot of black color and accessories in zebra pattern and red color is very unique, cosy and interesting from the designer’s point of view. It consists of kitchen-living-room area, that has an extendable couch for one and a separate bedroom, bathroom and two balconies. The biggest apartment 2+2 is quite big and spacious with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony and a big lobby. All the apartments have TV, radio, air-conditioning and of course wireless internet connection. Pets are allowed, but you have to announce that to the owner, since some small extra payment needs to be done for that.

In front of the house there is a barbecue available for the guests to use, the owners will bring you the chairs and table there in case you will need it. All in all these are the apartments with great location, neat spaces, very likeable owners and all the necessary equipment – we liked them and we are happy to further recommend them.
