Aparments Irena, Krk – Island Krk
Island Krk of course has to have a capital, and its capital is a town by the same name – town Krk. When you write a tourist guide book about the island of course you can’t miss its capital, for that reason we spend a few days in the main city and settled in apartments Irena which are located on street Baščanska 4. Apartments Irena are situated in a quiet location about 50 m away from the sea and about 700 meters away from the city center. Nearby you have a restaurant, shop, etc. They offer two modern apartments for 4 + 1 persons and the studio apartment, which can accommodate 2 + 1 persons. Pets are welcome, for an additional fee. When my colleague and I arrived to the house, Mrs Irena kindly accepted us and toured us through the apartment in the attic.
Bedroom 1
We parked the car right next to the stairs that led to the apartment, so we could easily folded luggage, and then later parked the car in the available parking lot next to the house. Apartment in the attic has two bedrooms with two double beds, kitchen, living room, TV, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large balcony overlooking the sea, where you can with no problem perform the sun salutation, yoga or just a little stretch with the whole family. The apartment is spacious and modernly equipped. There is a lot of natural light coming in the apartment, which makes it particularly pleasant. The bathroom is particularly modern because it has a bidet, which is usually not very often. In the corner there was a cabinet with a big pile of fresh towels and toilet paper. So they don’t save on that, but make sure that you feel good and have enough of everything. The bedrooms have this pleasant, gentle appearance, and I got excited about the interesting lights on a nightstand, which turns on or off when you touch them. When we unpacked our luggage, we decided to take a walk to the beach which is just a few meters away. Before you enter the beach you pass a quiet hotel Valamar with a really pleasant atmosphere, decorated with children’s playground, relaxing green corner with a fountain and a beautiful path along the beach, which is a great place for a morning walk or run. Our intention was only to walk along the beach for a little bit, but soon we ended up in the city center. So that just proves that you don’t need a lot of time to visit your favorite spots or stroll through the city center from the apartments Irena.

I must add that Irena is very nice and takes a good care for the area around her house, with various plants and trees, which makes it especially pleasant. House itself is beautifully designed, as you can see from the photos.
We were very pleased to spend our time in this apartment.
